• The adventure begins in the office of Caveman at 8:30 am, we bring in the equipment and test all of the bikes before heading out, then we load the bikes in our truck and take everyone to Llanganates National Park, located 28 km southeast of Tena where the trail begins. Our guide then will give instructions on safety measures on how to reduce risk, that are inherent to the jungle, and the sport of biking, so that our can adventure is as fun and safe as it can be. Then we embark on our bikes, and you will have a chance to visit the famous and beautiful waterfalls, and pools of the Blue Lagoon Lap.
  This route is approx. 36 km. Where we will be able to enjoy the natural beauty and visit some attractions like the Ichi Urco waterfall, the majestic river Jatunyacu, and many more. This trail is mostly gravel and asphalt but with many irregular, and uneven areas, which is why we have designated it moderate in difficulty.
  The route Laguna Azul is approx. 5-6 hours in length, depending on the condition of the trail, the pace you want to ride at, and the time you want to spend at some of the major attractions we stop at along the way. Because of its moderate level of difficulty, it is designed for groups of friends or family.

Laguna Azul

Empezamos en la bodega de CaveMan a las 8:30am, entrega de los equipos y el respectivo test de bicicletas; cargamos las bicis en nuestro remolque y nos dirigimos hacia el Parque Nacional Llanganates, ubicado 28 km al suroeste de Tena, previo al inicio de la aventura nuestro guía les dará unas instrucciones de seguridad para minimizar riesgos inherentes al deporte y que este paseo sea más placentero y seguro.

Mientras desembarcamos las bicis, ustedes tendrán la oportunidad de visitar la famosa Laguna Azul y sus hermosas cascadas.

Esta ruta es de 36 km. Donde podremos disfrutar de la naturaleza y visitar algunos atractivos como la cascada de Ichi Urco, el majestuoso río Jatunyacu entre otros.

Este paseo se desarrolla en caminos de lastre y asfalto con una topografía irregular la cual nos permite calificar a este tour como moderado.

La ruta Laguna Azul es un paseo con una duración de 5 horas aproximadamente de acuerdo a las condiciones físicas de los participantes, durante la cicleada pararemos en puntos estratégicos para la hidratación y unas fotos para el recuerdo. Este trayecto está diseñado para grupos de amigos y familias con una edad mínima de 14 años.
